Step 11. We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, praying only for knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out. - Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly. (Col 3:16)

Evaluate all my relationships. Offer forgiveness to those who have hurt me and make amends for harm I've done to others when possible, except when to do so would harm them or others. (Steps 8 and 9) (Mat 5:7)

Yield myself to God to be used to bring this Good News to others, both by my example and my words. (Step 12) (Mat 5:10)

Abandonment

Don't put your trust in other people and other relationships - that will always lead to disappointment. People come and go, and do not have control over their own actions or what will happen to them. But you can completely trust in and rely upon me, because I will never, never, never leave you or abandon you. (Heb 13:5)

I am coming back for you. I told you before that I have gone to prepare a place for you to live with me forever. Those believers who have already passed on in death will be there with me to meet you. What incredible rejoicing there will be! (1The 4:15)

Direct your thoughts heavenward, toward me, and my kingdom. Don't get caught up in the temporal, earth-bound cares about material things, or what other people think. Keep your mind set on what will be here for you forever - me and our father. (Col 3:2)

Anger

Husbands must remember what first drew them to their wives, what made them love her. I call them to treat her as they did when they courted her, and not as though she is some type of obstacle that is blocking them from getting what then want. They need to come to me for all of their needs, and I will provide them. (Col 3:19)

It is easy to falsely believe that you can act one way in private while displaying another personality in public. But I see you at all times, and I am the one you should strive to please. Continually submit yourself to my spirit, and do not give in to the temptation to be quick tempered, or lose self-control, or do things which are in the slightest way untrue. (Tit 1:7)

Be careful of people who have an unhealthy interest in controversies, who quarrel about particular words, and who stir up envy, strife, evil speaking and suspicions toward others. If you find them often in the midst of friction between people, stay far away from them. You are called to bring peace wherever you go, so do not seek out trouble or those who cause it. (1Tim 6:4)

Anxiety

When you repented and asked for forgiveness, it was granted to you. That matter was settled, the debt owed was paid, the file on the judge's desk was marked 'NOT GUILTY', sealed and filed away forever. It was removed from your record, just as if it never happened. The judge will not take that file back out to review it ever again. That's how far your sin was separated from you, so leave it and move on. (Psa 103:12)

Our Father knows how frail you are, how your flesh will always want to do whatever it wants, and that you continually face a battle against your own body, as well as self-centered thoughts and attitudes. He doesn't punish you for every sin, nor for your natural bent toward selfishness and rebellion. He loves you just as you are, and knows that, without His supernatural power in your life, you could never live for Him. So keep running back to Him in repentance, asking to be continually filled with His Spirit so you don't walk according to the flesh. (Psa 103:10)

I know you don't understand it all, but you don't have to. I know what's best for you. Just turn it all over to Me. (Pro 3:5)

Authority

Always remember that I came to earth in the flesh, was testified about by the Holy Spirit, seen by angels, and have been preached among the Nations. I have been believed on in the world, and I was taken up in glory. I am your God and King, the lion and the lamb, the Lord of Glory. Worship me today. (1Tim 3:16)

I make you complete in every way. Where you are weak, I am strong in you. Where you don't understand, I bring my wisdom. Where you are powerless, I provide you with my power, and give you authority to trample on the enemy. (Col 2:10)

I am the head of the Church, my body. I am the beginning and the end, the first born from among the dead, and I rule over all. I deserve the highest place in your life, your worship, your praise and adoration. Most of all, I deserve your obedience. (Col 1:18)

Correction

If you do not want others speaking badly about you, do everything in your power to avoid giving them ammunition. Let your words be kind and honest, reflecting my words and ways. Live and speak in such a way that when anyone wants to come against you, they will not be able to find a reason to criticize or complain about you. (Tit 2:8)

Everyone starts out foolish and disobedient, being deceived and enslaved by their desires and feelings. In the natural, selfish thoughts cause envy and anger which devolve into hatred. I do not expect perfection from you, but I do expect progress in these areas as you learn to listen to, obey and remain in me more continually. (Tit 3:3)

My word will teach you things you need to know, rebuke you when you have turned away from me, will show you the right way of doing things, and make you disciplined. If you want to be righteous, then you must apply my instructions to your entire life all the time, not just when it is easy or convenient. (2Tim 3:16)

Death

This world brings many things that bring fear. But even if the worst should happen, even if you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I am always with you, and I will always come through for you. I will always take care of you. (Psa 23:4)

You strive so hard to be known and remembered in this world. However, once you are gone, you will likely be cherished only in the hearts of those you have loved and who have loved you. In the face of eternity, the only things that will count are what you did for me out of my agape love for others. Spend your life so loving me that you will naturally love others and draw them to me. Make an eternal difference by living in such a way that others want to give themselves to me. (Psa 103:15)

Depression

You must not place your hope in anything in this world, because it will disappoint you. The one sure hope in your life is that I will never fail you. Keep your eyes looking toward my soon coming appearance, when I will return for my bride, the Church. (Tit 2:13)

When you are upset, the only way to find peace is to hand all of your concerns over to the Father to handle as He sees fit. Increase your faith by reminding yourself of all of the times He has been faithful to take care of you in the past, and think on every good thing He has given to you. Then, my peace will come over you, the peace that cannot be obtained through reasoning or rationalization, but only through faith in the Father's goodness and power. (Phi 4:6)

When you feel unprotected and vulnerable, remember how I long to gather you to myself and protect you from what you fear. You will always find a safe place when you run to me, for I will always come when you call. I am your fortress, your deliverer, and your shield from the enemy. Come to me and let me give you rest. (Psa 91:4)

Discipline

I am the main model for your behavior, your thoughts, your words, and your attitude. However, I have put others around you who are more mature than you, and they are to be your models as well. You are also my model for those who are less mature than you - they are always looking at you. So walk worthy of your calling, and remember that you represent me at all times. (Phi 3:17)

Every thing that happens in your life, the good as well as the bad, helps to fashion you into my image. Those who love you, who teach, disciple and even rebuke you, are aching to see my characteristics and gifts evident and active in your life. Surrender to me so that I may work in you, even at times when you are in pain and do not understand, because the end result is that you will be just like me. (Gal 4:19)

I call you to come to me, listen to me, trust me and in faith, obey me. That is the covenant between you and I. You entrust yourself and everything that is important to you unto my care, and I, in turn, provide for and protect you. I have everything you need for life and godliness, but it is up to you to stay filled with my Spirit and close to me so you can access all of the gifts I so long to give you. What in your life is pulling you away from me? (Psa 103:18)

Encouragement

If I have revealed something to you that aligns with the truth of my Word, do not be intimidated by those around you who disagree with you. If either you or they are wrong, I am fully capable of revealing the truth to everyone involved. Do not argue. Just persist in living according to the revelation which you have received, regardless if others agree with you or not. (Gal 2:5)

Honor those in the church who have dedicated themselves to the welfare of the brothers and sisters, especially those who preach and teach. They are my mouth pieces, transferring the word of God from my mind to that of my people. Determine today one way that you can show your appreciation for their work and dedication. (1Tim 5:17)

Always remember that God is good. Even though the enemy wants you to believe that God doesn't care, or you've done things that warrant Him allowing bad things to happen to you, our Father wants good things for you. He is the good, good Father that wants good things for His child. (Jer 29:11)

Faith

You should speak with the assurance and boldness of those approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. You are not to try and please people, only me, who tests your heart. Pray for the words to say, and listen for my leading regarding when to talk. (1The 2:4)

As the end draws near, there will be some who will abandon the faith and follow liars and deceiving spirits. You must protect your faith by remaining in my word, learning my thoughts and my attitude, so you can compare everything else that you hear with the truth I have spoken. Study, meditate, and most importantly, live out my word. (1Tim 4:1)

Be careful to protect the words I have given you, and to continually place your faith in them. Do not listen to myths or regulations that other people want to place on you. These are a rejection of my truth, so do not trust in anything other than my word. (Tit 1:14)

Fear

When a child doesn't like the answer they receive from their parent, they have a habit of asking the same question over and over again. Sometimes you are like that, too; I say "no" or "not yet", but you continue to ask in hopes I will change my mind. I know you don't like it when I don't immediately answer your prayers in the affirmative, and that you sometimes get angry with me for it. But you need to trust that I know what is best. Outside of my timing, your requests will not satisfy you, nor will they fulfill the will of God. (Gal 4:16)

Are you feeling like you are going around in circles, working on the same lessons over and over again? That happens when you slowly slip from moment by moment communion with and trust in me to trying to figure out and power through everything going on in your life in your own puny strength. Return to me in faith, and everything will eventually fall into place according to my will and original plan. What area of your life has become futile? (Gal 3:4)

I want you to be completely sure that you belong to me and have eternal life. If you believe that I am the Son of God, and paid for your sins with my death, and have given your life over to me, you can be sure you are eternally mine. (1Joh 5:13)

For Men

Husbands must love their wives sacrificially, in a way that will cost them something, especially their time. Love shouldn't be given only when it's convenient, with nothing else to do. They must make time for her, and not begrudge it. (Col 3:19)

For Women

Wives must not rage and battle against their husbands. If they want something, they must come to me in prayer, and asked me for it. I can change even Pharaoh's hard heart; so I can change their husband's heart as well. (Col 3:18)

I love you more than you will ever know on earth. But one day, you will come home to me, and you will experience the fullness of my love for you throughout eternity. (Joh 14:2)

I can't wait until I can hold you in my arms and embrace you. You are my beloved one, my sister and my love. (Son 2:6)

Forgiveness

By my death, I paid the debt that you owed because of your sins, and purchased you out of slavery to sin. You are now free to live for me by the power and guidance of my Spirit living within you. You are no longer condemned for the sins of your flesh because you now live by faith in me and the Father says you are righteous and holy. Do not endanger your freedom by trying to earn your righteousness through following laws, or enslaving yourself to habitual sin. (Gal 5:1)

I have bought you back from the enemy, who held you prisoner due to your sin debt. I redeemed you with my blood so you could be with the Father and I forever, starting the moment you accepted our gift of salvation. Even when you don't live for us as you should, we pour out love and compassion on you without measure, reminding you that you belong to us, and were bought with a great price. Take time today to remember my sacrifice and revel in our love for you. (Psa 103:4)

What I say is true, regardless of how you feel. So even when your heart condemns you, my word is greater than your heart. If I have forgiven you, you are forgiven. (1Joh 3:20)

Giving

The entire purpose of your life is to reveal me to others. When they hear you speak, when they see you sacrificially give to others, when they witness my power working through you in impossible situations, and when you surrender joyfully to my will even when it is not what you want, they will see me in you. I am glorified in you when you surrender to my spirit and act like me. (Gal 1:16)

Remember that you normally have an audience for everything you say and do. So do the things that you think I would do. That includes praising our Father for all he has done and given to us. (Col 3:17)

Those who minister on my behalf full-time are deserving of financial and material support. They take care of your spiritual needs, oversee your souls and trust me to provide for their needs. I will use you and my provision in your life to help provide for them. Don't ever think for one moment that you have earned your money apart from my favor. So spend your money as I direct you as well. (Phi 4:16)

Grief

The more you understand about me and my kingdom, the more hope you will have where others may experience despair. Death for non-believers leads to inconsolable grief. Death for believers is a momentary separation that will end in reunion in the future. Who can you share that hope with today? (1The 4:13)

Although I know you want to be physically in my presence, I have need of you right where you are. I created you for a specific purpose, and until that purpose is completed, you need to stay where I put you. I will lead you and guide you as you remain in me until the day that I bring you home. (Phi 1:23)

Remember that your life is not your own; you belong to me. It is important that you remain as a part of my body on earth, because my plans for you also affect my plans for others' lives. Trust me, because I know the plans I have for you, and they are to prosper you and those whom you touch on my behalf. (Phi 1:24)

Healing

Jonah could not stand the thought of me showing mercy to Israel's enemies, he wanted all of them to perish even though they were warned. I know the hurt your going through because of people in your past, I don't condone their actions, but I don't approve of your Judgements of them either. (Mat 5:44)

This world is temporary and fleeting. People come and go, and life still goes on. This may seem like a cruelty, but you are just a visitor, an alien in this world. You are now a spiritual person with a physical body, my emissary working on my behalf in this natural world until you return to live forever with me. Make the most of your time here, but do not think this is all there is. Your heavenly mansion, your complete healing, your reunion with loved ones still awaits you. (Psa 103:16)

I can turn any situation into one that glorifies our Father and further transforms you into my image. I can even take sickness and use it for good, displaying my mighty power within you while you are humanly weak. I can open doors for witnessing that were previously shut, and provide opportunities for miracles. I am still with you, remaining Lord over all, and I will not waste one opportunity to bring you closer to me, and simultaneously reconcile the world to our Father. (Gal 4:13)

Heaven

Now that you belong to me, you live by an entirely new and different code - the code of self-sacrificial love. My father does not judge you by rules and regulations, but by whether or not you obey what I tell you, either through the word or personally through prayer. Beware of people who say you have to follow their rules to get to heaven - follow only me! (Col 2:20)

I may not be standing next to you in bodily form every day, but it doesn't mean that I don't see everything that goes on in your life. I go with you wherever you go, so be careful where you take me. I ransomed you from hell and secured a place for you in heaven, so commit yourself to living a life that expresses your salvation through your lifestyle and your words. (Phi 2:12)

I have seen your tears, and I long to hold you in my arms so that I may be filled with joy. It is only a short time and we will be together forever. Keep your eyes on me, your savior, your Lord, the author and perfecter of your faith, for I am returning for you soon. Look for my coming! (2Tim 1:4)

Holiness

It is so tempting to gain things. But your only purpose is to gain me. Gain intimacy with me, make knowing me through everyday experiences the most important goal of your life. Everything else is worthless garbage in comparison. In this way, every day can hold great victories, because knowing me more does not depend on anyone else's participation, and turns every event, good or bad, into another opportunity to gain more of me. (Phi 3:8)

It is important that you be diligent in seeking me and living a godly life. Don't be half-hearted about it, but give yourself wholly to my Spirit. People are always watching you, so your progress will either draw others to me, or repel them. How can you be a magnet for me today? (1Tim 4:15)

I want to use you for my kingdom, but to accomplish the things I require, you must keep yourself pure. I created you for my own special purpose, and set you aside for myself. For you to be useful to our father, you must be fully prepared to do any good work at any moment. Live for me in every moment. (2Tim 2:21)

Hope

I am using everything that you are going through to transform you into my likeness. In the perspective of eternity, what you are struggling with will pass in a twinkling of an eye. However, the results of working through your challenges head on (instead of trying to go around them) will last forever. Keep your eyes on the joy set before you - being with me. (2Cor 4:17)

Many will abandon you as you walk along my narrow road. Do not be surprised, because some people I place in your life only for a season, only for certain lessons. Do not place your hope in anyone other than me, for I will always come to you quickly and provide everything that you need. (2Tim 4:10)

Humility

You think that small disagreements between you and your brothers and sisters don't really mean much, but they create discord and disunity in my body. Unity doesn't always mean sharing the same ideas, but allowing others to have differing opinions. Sometimes you simply need to agree to disagree in order to keep the peace in the body. (Phi 4:2)

Your God and your destiny are intertwined. If you acknowledge that I am your God, by humbling yourself before me, trusting and obeying me out of love for me, your destination is heaven. If, however, you are your own god, and you live to fulfill your own desires, trusting only in yourself as your supreme authority, then your destination is hell. Don't let your mind settle on earthly things, but always set your eyes on me, the author and perfecter of your faith. (Phi 3:19)

By taking on the form of man, and obeying even if it meant giving up my life, I was able to show you how to humble yourself through obedience. Humility before God means acknowledging that He and His will is of great importance because He is our Creator and Sustainer. Humility before people means acknowledging that you are not the most important person, and that others are just as important to God, and should always be treated with value and dignity. (Phi 2:8)

Joy

I am coming back soon. You will see me in all of my power and strength. Because you have believed in my life, death and resurrection, and you have taken me not only as Savior, but have surrendered your life to me as your Lord, you will come back to live with me in heaven. Think about this, and rejoice over the life we will share together! (1The 1:10)

I want you to understand how dearly I love you, and how much I long to be with you forever in my kingdom. You are my joy and my crown, because I rejoice in seeing how you are being changed into my image, and because your surrender and submission to me proves that I am your king. Continue to surrender and submit your will to mine. You will not be disappointed in what I will do in you. (Phi 4:1)

I never want you to think that I died to ransom you out of obligation to our Father. I did it because I truly love you. The affection I feel for you makes me long to keep you close to myself and take care of you. Come into my presence now and let me love on you. (Phi 1:8)

Judgement

Always remember how much you have been forgiven, and that others deserve the same kind of forgiveness. You were no better than anyone else, but I forgave you. Accept others as I accepted you, knowing that they are as imperfect as you are in this world. (Col 3:13)

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, minding your own business and doing your own work. Be careful not to slip into gossip, talking about others when they are not around. There is more than enough going on in your life to keep your mind busy. Have you been talking about someone else's life or conduct? (1The 4:11)

It is tempting to look for acceptance from or agreement with others who are held in high esteem, but such a desire is not from me. If I give you a revelation about myself, that is all you need to know. Do not look for approval from others in regard to what you have learned. Simply live according to the truth, and if need be, I will reveal that truth to others around you as well. (Gal 2:6)

Love

My kingdom has a very different set of rules than this world. The world says "take what you can get"; I say "give to others on my behalf". The world says "you are on your own"; I say "trust me for everything". Strive for the victor's crown, but you will have to do it according to my rules: trusting in me and loving others. (2Tim 2:5)

Our Father loves to hear you call Him "Daddy." When you acknowledge that He is your Father in heaven, the One who loves you more than anyone else, who will provide for all of your needs and protect you, it allows you to move even closer to Him. It is healthy to be like a little child who wants to run to his Father, because He is a Father who never turns His children away. Run to Him now and spend time in His presence. (Gal 4:6)

Be an encourager! Comfort and urge everyone around you to live lives worthy of Our Father, who called them into his kingdom, and destined them for glory. Treat them as you would want to be treated. Who can you encourage today? (1The 2:12)

Mercy

Your relationships with others need to mirror the way I have relationships with people. I never thought of others as less than me, but treated them with respect. I let them know they were valuable to me, and served them out of genuine care for their welfare. I didn't wait for them to become worthy of my friendship; instead my love and friendship helped them heal and walk worthy of me. I need you to have my mindset when dealing with all people. (Phi 2:5)

Our Father knows what His children are made of, both literally and figuratively. He formed you from the dust of the ground, as is proven by comparing the elements found in the earth's crust and your physical body. But more crucially, He understands your failings and flaws because I became a man and experienced every temptation and emotion you experience. I am the high priest that truly empathizes with your struggles, so come and share with me your heart's cries, knowing I truly understand. (Psa 103:14)

Obedience

Because you have remained in me, you are like first fruits, the choicest of offerings to God. You have been saved through the cleansing work of the spirit, and separated for God's purposes, because you believe in the truth of my words. Every time you submit yourself to our father, you are like a sweet-smelling sacrifice on the altar. What area of your life will you surrender to me next? (2The 2:13)

I saved you and called you to a holy life solely because I love you, not because of anything you have done for me. I created you with a specific kingdom purpose, and have filled you with my spirit to empower you to fulfill that purpose. Every day, remember that I am waiting to give you instructions to accomplish my will - listen for me, pay attention, and then obey me. (2Tim 1:9)

Don't go back to checklists, trying to do things that you think will earn favor with us. You inherited all of the Father's favor when you placed your faith in me. Don't let legalism and pressure to follow men's rules pull you away from a life lived in pure faith in me, empowered by my grace, and led by my Spirit indwelling you. Listen for my words, and I will tell you what is right. (Gal 5:2)

Patience

The enemy knows that it doesn't take much for you to be distracted by things that you do not have, especially money. He stands waiting for the opportunity to draw you away from your faith in me because I am not giving you what you want as quickly as you want it. But anything he allows you to have will pierce you with many griefs. Trust in me and be patient while awaiting my timing. (1Tim 6:10)

I want to send you people who will help you grow in me, and supply what is lacking in your faith. Some of them will teach you from their experience. Some of them will teach you by your experience with them. They may be aggravating, but it will force you to turn to me more often. Who has been teaching you the most lately? (1The 3:10)

Peace

When you pray, I want you to pray for those who are in authority over you. That includes kings and queens and presidents, as well as your supervisors at work. My goal for you is that you may live peacefully and quietly in all godliness and holiness, and those in authority over you will affect your life in those areas. (1Tim 2:2)

I know it is easy to be tempted to revenge when someone else has wronged you, especially, if you know you were in the right. One of the greatest ways to apply your faith is to respond with a blessing. Moreover, be an example to others who may be with you in times of trouble so that they can glorify the Father in Heaven. Learn to trust me with all your heart, even in trouble. (Rom 12:19)

When you learn how to find your fulfillment and joy in me despite your external circumstances, you will enjoy endless peace. You never need to doubt that I will provide for whatever you need, especially the ability to continue in the midst of adversity. A lack of things will never affect you while your trust is placed firmly in my loving kindness, power, and faithfulness. What in your life is making you doubt my faithfulness? (Phi 4:12)

Power

The enemy wants you to be afraid, but I am always with you by my Spirit. You never have to face or handle anything alone, because the Comforter provides the power and wisdom that you require in any situation. I am your ever present source of help. (Heb 13:6)

I am completely capable of providing for everything you need in this life. You don't have to be concerned about how you will get things for yourself, or hoard things out of fear of the future. Instead, I want you to focus on meeting the needs of others around you, spending yourself on them on my behalf, as I would do if I were physically there. I will direct, empower and provide for you regarding how and what you should do for others. Who is around you that needs help today? (Phi 2:4)

Today, I will fill you with my supernatural power so you may obey me. I will show you mercy, and expect you to show mercy toward others in the same way. And I will fill you with peace that passes all understanding. Everyday, this is my promise to you. (2Tim 1:2)

Praise and Worship

Our Father is worthy of your time being spent thinking and talking about how awesome He is. Let yourself be truly amazed at how massive and powerful He is, so it increases your faith in Him. The world has no problem speaking against His existence, or denying His power. So do not be ashamed to publicly extol His goodness and loving-kindness, faithfulness and mercy through your words, and more importantly, your actions. (Psa 103:1)

I will rescue you from every evil attack against you. I have promised that I will bring you safely into my heavenly Kingdom. That is why all glory, honor and praise is due to my name for ever and ever. (2Tim 4:18)

Prayer

There are people whose determination to do what they please and avoid correction have warped them. Their every thought and action by now is sinful. I do not condemn them, but their own actions repeatedly do. Witness to them as I give you the opportunity, but otherwise stay away and simply pray for them. (Tit 3:11)

For the unbelieving, wickedness feels good. Sin is pleasurable for a season, but then comes the wages of sin which is death. Too many love their wickedness, and therefore refuse to see the truth and come to me. Pray for them that their eyes may be opened, and that they may not die from their wickedness, but will repent and take me as their lord and savior. (2The 2:12)

It is impossible to remain in my peace when you are constantly thinking about everything that is wrong. That is why I command you to think on everything that is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and excellent. These things remind you of my past goodness toward you, so you can trust in my future continued faithfulness towards you. To gain and keep your peace, praise me and pray to me in faith continually. (Phi 4:8)

Pride

Everything you have accomplished on your own is basically worthless in and to the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those things that are inspired by and carried through by my Spirit will last - everything else will pass away. Until you consider as loss everything you do apart from me, you will still wander away, expending your energy pointlessly. Make sure you are listening to and obeying my words only. (Phi 3:7)

There are those who oppose and ridicule the truth of my word. Their minds are depraved, and they reject knowledge of me. But it is not long before they expose themselves for the foolish people they are. Let me deal with them, and do not try to change their mind. Stay far away from them. (2Tim 3:9)

There will be times when I speak things to you that I do not want you to share with others. I simply want you to listen and obey. It will be a temptation for you to speak of it to others, in order to get their approval. But if I have spoken to you clearly, and you are sure of your purpose, simply surrender and obey. (Gal 1:17)

Purpose

I have placed many gifts within you, but they will lie dormant if you do not seek to use them. I need you to understand how important you are to my kingdom, otherwise I wouldn't have entrusted those gifts to you. When you are obedient to faithfully use them in obedience to me, you will see mountains move! (2Tim 1:6)

Rejection

I can't wait until I can hold you in my arms and embrace you. You are my beloved one, my sister and my love. (Son 2:6)

Although every desire you have in your heart is not in your best interest, it is still the heart of the Father to give you healthy desires of your heart. He knows that long periods spent without something to satisfy your emotional needs can crush your soul and bring on depression. But you must trust that He knows which desires will result in righteousness, and which will lead you into sin and separation from Him. He will satisfy your good desires, and they will help you soar over the struggles you have in your life. (Psa 103:5)

Don't worry about those who cause you problems. We've got this, and we will deal with them in our own way and time. The father and I will repay with affliction those who afflict you. You just concern yourself with living righteously for me, and leave the rest to us. (2The 1:6)

Repentance

Sometimes you knowingly do what you know you shouldn't do. You wait for the other shoe to drop, but I am not eagerly looking forward to disciplining you. My desire is to be merciful toward you, and your true, sorrowful repentance allows my mercy to flow. For what do you need to confess and repent right now? (2Tim 1:18)

Those who have been entrapped by the devil cannot be stolen from his grasp by the force of your words or your will. It will take gentle instruction and sincere love for them. It is my kindness that leads them to repentance, and is their only hope of coming to their senses and escaping the trap of the enemy. (2Tim 2:26)

Out of our Father's love for all of mankind, he sent me, his Son, to pay for the sins of everyone. But only those who believe that my death paid for their sins, and who repent of their sins (truly don't want to sin anymore) and surrender to me as Lord over their life, have that payment applied to their debt. This is the only true gospel, and should anyone tell you that you must do anything else in order to be saved, you must not believe it. (Gal 1:6)

Righteousness

As I fill you with my love for our Father and for others, and teach you more about myself and my heart's desires, you will begin to act just like me. You will have more joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control as you surrender to my Spirit's will, and allow my love to flow through you. As you stand clothed in my righteousness before our Father, you will bring glory, honor and praise to Him. (Phi 1:11)

It is a fine line you must walk when your brother or sister is walking in willful sin. You should never regard them as an enemy, but you need to warn them. You cannot hang around with them either, because bad company truly does corrupt good character. (2The 3:15)

Salvation

I have repeatedly said that self-sacrificial love is the highest and most important expression of your faith in me. It is this same love that propelled the father to send me to this earth, and that covers over a multitude of sins. Love fulfills the law in every way. Make sure you are acting in love today. (Rom 13:8)

Security

When you finally accept me as your true provider, realizing that I know your needs and love you enough to meet them, you will be able to be content no matter what circumstances arise. You will not be shaken by sudden changes in situations, because you know that I am still Lord over all people and things. If you find your contentment in me alone, you will never be disappointed, because I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Phi 4:11)

When you came to me in faith, you were no longer held accountable to the tyrannical rules of the law. By my indwelling Spirit you are led, moment by moment, according to my instruction about what to do in every situation. So do not go back to trying to figure out what is right and wrong on your own. Instead, show that you love me with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and show that you love those around you as you want me to love you. (Gal 4:12)

Our father is a God of kept promises. He is faithful to fulfill his word to those who believe him. His inheritance for his children is every spiritual blessing he has to give, as well as his provision and his protection. You can't earn an inheritance - it rightfully belongs to the offspring. In the same way, you can't earn all he wants to give to you by obeying the law, it is yours simply because you belong to him. Rest in his promises today. (Gal 3:18)

Servanthood

Do not be enslaved to anything of this world or of the enemy; only be a voluntary slave to me. Everything you do outside my will is wasted effort, for it does not further the plan of our Father. Kingdom purposes alone produce the works that will last throughout eternity. Listen to and obey my Spirit, and He will guide you into ways to make an everlasting difference in this world. (Rom 6:18)

Nothing matters but listening for and obeying me. If you want to reach your intended future, if you want to experience being in the center of my will, you need to press on with all of your might toward my call on your life. Don't let up! Don't give in! Keep going until you win your prize. (Phi 3:14)

I am over everything. My power and authority extend everywhere. My kingdom has come, and my will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. You are my hands and my feet - stay connected to me as your head, so I may give you instructions regarding what to do and say, and the supernatural power to obey me. (Psa 103:19)

Sin

When you became one with me, and I brought your spirit to life, your old way of life that didn't care about pleasing God ended. Your new way of life is now directed and empowered by my spirit. And when our father looks at you, he does not see your sin, because you are wrapped up in my righteousness. (Col 3:3)

I know that there is no one without sin on earth, but whoever desires to be an overseer of their brothers and sisters must be held to a higher standard. Their conduct is to be above reproach in their family matters as well as in public life. Are you living your life in such a way that, should you be called to do so, you could fill the position of an overseer? (1Tim 3:1)

Strength

I want you to know that the father and I use your faith and faithfulness as an example to others when they need encouragement. When you live for me through struggles, and trust me while you endure afflictions, and others see your constancy in me, I use the memory of that to help them when they go through their own troubles. Look around you today and see who you are teaching with your faithfulness. (2The 1:4)

Rejoice in me! Rejoice in me! Rejoice in me! I can never say it enough to you, because your joy in me is your strength. Your joy allows my gentleness and love to be seen in you by others. Think about my goodness, my faithfulness, my never-ending love for you, and REJOICE! (Phi 3:1)

Submission

Everyone lives by their own code, or by a code that someone else has set for them. Some people believe that I have a set of rules and regulations that, if they follow them, will allow them to get into heaven. But I have only one two-part rule - LISTEN and OBEY. My commands for you personally can change from situation to situation, so live by every word that proceeds from my mouth. (Gal 2:19)

It does not matter who you were before, or how bad you were, or how poorly you treated others. When you come to me, I wipe the slate clean spiritually, and everything becomes new. You become a new creation, in my image and for my pleasure. I can use even your past to bring my will to pass in your life and in the lives of others. Just trust me. (Gal 1:13)

There will be times when I will hold you back from going to certain places, or meeting with certain people. There is a time and a season and a purpose for everything I do and do not do. Simply listen and obey, go when I say go, follow when I say follow. Trust my timing for everything in your life. In what area of your life are you tempted to rush ahead of me? (Gal 1:18)

Suffering

Give thanks in all circumstances, if for no reason other than it is what our father asks of you. Gratitude is your greatest offensive weapon, keeping the enemy from distracting you with what you don't have. When you give thanks, you tell the father and I that you trust us no matter what. What are you grateful for today? (1The 5:18)

No matter what you are going through, I will rescue you from every situation. It may not be in your timing nor in the way you expected, but I will find a way for you, and give you the strength to bear it while you remain under the weight of it. Trust Me. (2Tim 3:11)

Temptation

It is God's will that you should be sanctified, meaning set apart from the world for his purposes only. That includes avoiding sexual immorality. Even if the world says it is ok, I say it is wrong. Has anyone been tempting you to act in a more worldly manner? (1The 4:3)

Not only are you saved by my grace, but my divine empowerment also gives you the ability to say "No" to the temptations of the world, your flesh and the enemy. More than just resisting ungodliness, my grace empowers you to be self-controlled and obedient, reflecting my righteousness. In what area of your life do you need to tap into my power to overcome temptation? (Tit 2:12)

The more time you spend with me in intimate communion, the more you will know me, and start to resemble me. When you slip back into acting like your old self, you can resurrect your new self by crying out to me for help, and then listening to and obeying my spirit. (Col 3:10)

Thanksgiving

I have spoken to you about your future, giving you hopes and dreams so that you can recall them when you're struggling and fight the battle well. Just because you are not seeing the fulfillment of those dreams right now doesn't mean they will not come to pass. Sometimes my answer is not yes or no, but not now. Trust me with your future. (1Tim 1:18)

When you entered into a relationship with me by faith, you received every spiritual blessing I have to offer. I promised never to leave nor forsake you, and to take care of everything which you entrust to me. No one else can ever take away what I have given to you or promised you, nor can they give you more that I can give. For all eternity, I am yours and you are mine, and everything I have I share with you. Decide today to faithfully use the spiritual gifts I have given to you in service to me. (Gal 3:15)

Consistently and purposely continue in prayer to our father in my name. Do it at a time when you can focus and be alert. Make sure your prayers are filled with thanksgiving as well as requests for your needs. (Col 4:2)

Unity

Discord in the body of Christ can undermine what I want to accomplish. If you know that there are members who have problems with each other, and those issues will affect the unity of the body, then leadership needs to address those issues. You are all called to the ministry of reconciliation, which includes bringing people together on account of the Gospel. They don't need to agree on everything, only agree to set aside their differences in order to serve me better. (Phi 4:3)

Victory

The universe and every person and created thing in it is held together by my power and life. I am before all things, and given authority over all things. Because you belong to me, I share that authority with you. (Col 1:17)

You can be confident in these things - my never failing love for you and my boundless power to complete the work I have begun in you. I didn't save you to leave you as you were, but to rescue you from sin and death. I brought you out of darkness and into my glorious light, and placed my Spirit in you to continue your transformation so that when we see each other face to face, you will be like me. (Phi 1:6)

I have given you everything you need to live a godly life. You received that power solely by repenting and placing your faith in me. At that time, your spirit became alive, and my Holy Spirit came to live inside of you. So you don't have to complete a daily checklist, or follow a set of external rules, to earn my favor or get what you need from me. Just listen to my Spirit and obey what He says, and everything I have will be made available to you. (Gal 3:3)

Wisdom

Whenever I require you to speak, I will reveal what I want you to say. I want you to be open, if not eager, to share about what I have done in your life. I don't ask you to speak to everyone, just those to whom I direct you. (Col 4:4)

You may or may not believe in prophecies and prophets, but they do exist and they do share what they hear me say to them. Prophetic messages can give you the missing piece of the puzzle in the midst of confusion, and encouragement when you are at the end of your rope. Learn more about the prophetic, and be open to hearing what I say through them. (1The 5:20)

I have created some people to be prophets, and those entrusted with that gift should always be listening for my voice. And those who receive a word from a prophet need to test the message to see if it comes to pass. Hold on to whatever good comes of it, and let the rest go. If I speak to you, will you be willing to speak it to others? (1The 5:21)

Witnessing

Learn about your brothers and sisters in other places who stand for me unapologetically in the face of suffering and persecution. Become imitators of those churches, so when the time comes that you suffer rejection, you will act as honorably and christ-like. Pray for those persecuted saints now. (1The 2:14)

I am commanding you to commit yourself to reading my word and sharing it with those whom I send you. Make this promise to me now. Don't put it off for one more minute. I will empower you to keep that promise. (1Tim 4:13)

I have appointed you as my personal messenger to tell others about me. Your changed life is a miraculous sign to others proving that what you say is true. Teach them what you know and don't worry about what you don't yet know. Just bring them one step closer to me - I will do the rest. (2Tim 1:11)

Worry

Listen to my spirit. He will teach you everything you need to know. Remain in him always, surrendering to his leading. (1Joh 2:27)

It doesn't matter how dark the night seems, or how deep the valley goes. You don't need to fear because I am always with you. If you wander away too far, I will reach out and bring you back to me. Be comforted in the fact that I am your shepherd that leads you, your protector and provider, and nothing and no one can withstand my power. (Psa 23:4)

The world is filled with uncertainty due to the corruption of creation, free will, and the presence of evil. But if you spend your life waiting for the other shoe to drop, you will live in continual anxiety. The only way to have peace is to acknowledge the truth that no matter what happens, our Father will always prove Himself trustworthy to take care of you. (Psa 112:7)
