Step 9. We made direct amends to such people whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. - Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother, then come and offer your gift. (Mat 5:23)

Step 7. We humbly asked him to remove all our shortcomings. - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1Joh 1:9)

Consciously choose to commit all my life and will to Christ's care and control. (Step 3) (Mat 5:5)

Abandonment

There will be times when I will hold you back from going to certain places, or meeting with certain people. There is a time and a season and a purpose for everything I do and do not do. Simply listen and obey, go when I say go, follow when I say follow. Trust my timing for everything in your life. In what area of your life are you tempted to rush ahead of me? (Gal 1:18)

Many will abandon you as you walk along my narrow road. Do not be surprised, because some people I place in your life only for a season, only for certain lessons. Do not place your hope in anyone other than me, for I will always come to you quickly and provide everything that you need. (2Tim 4:10)

The entire reason that I died for you is so you may live with me forever. At work or in play, awake or asleep, in life or in death, you and I are always together. When you feel alone, call out to me, pray to me, and I will answer you. Do you want to talk with me now? (1The 5:10)

Anger

Husbands must remember what first drew them to their wives, what made them love her. I call them to treat her as they did when they courted her, and not as though she is some type of obstacle that is blocking them from getting what then want. They need to come to me for all of their needs, and I will provide them. (Col 3:19)

Wives must not rage and battle against their husbands. If they want something, they must come to me in prayer, and asked me for it. I can change even Pharaoh's hard heart; so I can change their husband's heart as well. (Col 3:18)

When you are tossed back and forth by your emotions, letting them determine what you will do, you cannot expect to learn and act on the truth. Your feelings change from moment to moment, so you can only trust my word. Listen to my spirit, trust him and obey, despite whatever your emotions say. (2Tim 3:7)

Anxiety

This world brings many things that bring fear. But even if the worst should happen, even if you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I am always with you, and I will always come through for you. I will always take care of you. (Psa 23:4)

When you wonder whether or not your life will ever be changed, if you will ever be changed into my image, remember this. Our Father is using in your life the same power that He used to raise Me from the dead. This resurrection power is what will allow the old you to die off and the new you to be reborn into my likeness. Trust Him to complete what He has begun. (Eph 1:19)

I know how easy it is to start worrying about tomorrow, and what will and will not happen. But our Father knows everything that you need, and is completely able to provide it for you out of His riches in glory when you need them. People who haven't experienced God's faithfulness make themselves sick with worry, but you have experienced His goodness, so you can rest in His provision instead of trying to figure out how to protect yourself from what is out of your control. (Mat 6:32)

Authority

When you have a position of authority over others, remember that you are still under my authority. I am your supervisor, and they are my employees. So treat them as I would treat them, and judge them as you would have me judge you. (Col 4:1)

Always remember that I came to earth in the flesh, was testified about by the Holy Spirit, seen by angels, and have been preached among the Nations. I have been believed on in the world, and I was taken up in glory. I am your God and King, the lion and the lamb, the Lord of Glory. Worship me today. (1Tim 3:16)

The world and everything in it is the rightful dominion of our Father. Every created thing belongs to Him and was meant to be an extension of his loving kindness and his power. All the works of his hand should rise up and praise Him for He is worthy of all honor and fame. Praise Him with everything that is within you, regardless of your feelings or thoughts, because you belong to Him, and He loves you with an everlasting love. (Psa 103:22)

Correction

Treat with respect those who are in authority over you, especially your employers. Do everything in your power to please them by giving them your very best. Watch your speech, and do not complain about them to others. This is the way to please and honor me at work and in church. (Tit 2:9)

Hold firmly to the truth you have learned of me through my Holy Spirit. Every day, you are bombarded by falsehoods, misrepresentations, and even communications spawned by sheer evil. If you meditate on these things, your gaze will be focused on the world and your attitude will become increasingly fleshly. Do not lose all of the ground you have gained through your hard labor in Christ by letting the truth slip from your grasp. Hold on! (Phi 2:16)

Reminders of your failures only come from 2 places - the enemy of your soul and your own heart. The Holy Spirit will convict you of sin, but never try to make you feel worthless. He expresses my love for you while reminding you what I have said about sin and righteousness. Our Father will not continue to accuse you of something for which you have repented - He is not angry about what has been forgiven. Trust in His never ending love for you, and the permanence of the salvation I have purchased for you with my own blood. (Psa 103:9)

Death

The more you understand about me and my kingdom, the more hope you will have where others may experience despair. Death for non-believers leads to inconsolable grief. Death for believers is a momentary separation that will end in reunion in the future. Who can you share that hope with today? (1The 4:13)

When you feel like you are sinking, I will pull you up. I will draw you out of the deep waters of hurt and depression and fear and pull you to myself. You are mine, and I will always protect you. Just call out my name. (Psa 18:16)

You can be confident in these things - my never failing love for you and my boundless power to complete the work I have begun in you. I didn't save you to leave you as you were, but to rescue you from sin and death. I brought you out of darkness and into my glorious light, and placed my Spirit in you to continue your transformation so that when we see each other face to face, you will be like me. (Phi 1:6)

Depression

Although every desire you have in your heart is not in your best interest, it is still the heart of the Father to give you healthy desires of your heart. He knows that long periods spent without something to satisfy your emotional needs can crush your soul and bring on depression. But you must trust that He knows which desires will result in righteousness, and which will lead you into sin and separation from Him. He will satisfy your good desires, and they will help you soar over the struggles you have in your life. (Psa 103:5)

It is possible for you to rejoice even when you are suffering, because you are sharing in my suffering. Suffering for the sake of my body, my church, brings glory to me, because you are suffering just as I did for you. (Col 1:24)

Remember that your life is not your own; you belong to me. It is important that you remain as a part of my body on earth, because my plans for you also affect my plans for others' lives. Trust me, because I know the plans I have for you, and they are to prosper you and those whom you touch on my behalf. (Phi 1:24)

Discipline

When a child doesn't like the answer they receive from their parent, they have a habit of asking the same question over and over again. Sometimes you are like that, too; I say "no" or "not yet", but you continue to ask in hopes I will change my mind. I know you don't like it when I don't immediately answer your prayers in the affirmative, and that you sometimes get angry with me for it. But you need to trust that I know what is best. Outside of my timing, your requests will not satisfy you, nor will they fulfill the will of God. (Gal 4:16)

I designed my family to work together, with the older, more mature members teaching the younger ones the truths they have learned from me. These life lessons include controlling what you say and who you talk about, and remaining in control of your person at all times (not getting drunk or high). Most of all, everyone must learn that their conduct always reflects back on me, and their actions must show that they hold me and my words in the highest esteem. To whom can you pass on the lessons you are learning? (Tit 2:3)

Every thing that happens in your life, the good as well as the bad, helps to fashion you into my image. Those who love you, who teach, disciple and even rebuke you, are aching to see my characteristics and gifts evident and active in your life. Surrender to me so that I may work in you, even at times when you are in pain and do not understand, because the end result is that you will be just like me. (Gal 4:19)

Encouragement

When you are upset, the only way to find peace is to hand all of your concerns over to the Father to handle as He sees fit. Increase your faith by reminding yourself of all of the times He has been faithful to take care of you in the past, and think on every good thing He has given to you. Then, my peace will come over you, the peace that cannot be obtained through reasoning or rationalization, but only through faith in the Father's goodness and power. (Phi 4:6)

I long to encourage your heart and strengthen you in every good deed you do and every virtuous word you say. It is my power that runs through you and gives you the ability to respond to me in obedience. How can you use my power to glorify me today? (2The 2:17)

I am always faithful - to strengthen you when you are weak, and to protect you from the attacks of the enemy. You are never alone as you walk through your day, because I am faithful to remain with you. You can always rely on me to provide you with everything you need, even the things you don't know you need. (2The 3:3)

Faith

When you doubt my presence in your life, or that I exist, search within yourself and let my spirit comfort you. If my spirit lives in you, then you live in me and my father. (1Joh 4:13)

Rejoice! This doesn't mean experiencing feelings of happiness. This means choosing to see the good in every situation, and acknowledging that I can turn every situation around for your good and my glory. What do you need to rejoice about today? (Phi 4:4)

Your faith in the Father and I has made you righteous. Surrendering to the leading of the Holy Spirit living within you enables you to instinctively know what is right and act accordingly. You don't need to worry about breaking God's law when you desire to love God and love others, because love does no harm to anyone and fulfills all of the law. Live by faith, in close communion to God, and you will find yourself living in this world as I did. (Gal 3:25)

Fear

Don't put your trust in other people and other relationships - that will always lead to disappointment. People come and go, and do not have control over their own actions or what will happen to them. But you can completely trust in and rely upon me, because I will never, never, never leave you or abandon you. (Heb 13:5)

There is never any reason to truly be afraid, because I am always with you. When you have me, you have more than enough to handle any situation. I am your God, and I will fulfill my promise to strengthen, help and uphold you. (Isa 41:10)

For Men

Husbands must love their wives sacrificially, in a way that will cost them something, especially their time. Love shouldn't be given only when it's convenient, with nothing else to do. They must make time for her, and not begrudge it. (Col 3:19)

For Women

Wives should be submissive to their husbands. This does not mean being a doormat, or allowing ungodly things to go on in the home. It means trusting me with all of their concerns instead of trusting in their husband, and resting on the fact that I will handle them as I see fit. (Col 3:18)

You are so beautiful to me. When I look at you, you are flawless. I made you for myself, and you are perfect. (Son 4:7)

I love you more than you will ever know on earth. But one day, you will come home to me, and you will experience the fullness of my love for you throughout eternity. (Joh 14:2)

Forgiveness

This world is evil. People naturally are selfish and self-protecting, and even creation has been warped since the time of the Fall. But I willingly laid my life down to pay for your sins, and to rescue you from the power of this present evil age. If I had not gone away, the Holy Spirit would not have come to live inside of you, giving you the power to live godly every day. That is the will of our father for your life. (Gal 1:4)

It is possible to continue in sin for so long that you no longer care about it. Such people have consciences that have been seared as with a hot iron. If you continually spurn the leading of the Holy Spirit within you, your heart and your mind will become stubborn and rebellious against me. If there is anything wrong in your life, repent of it now and return to me. (1Tim 4:2)

Giving

The enemy knows that it doesn't take much for you to be distracted by things that you do not have, especially money. He stands waiting for the opportunity to draw you away from your faith in me because I am not giving you what you want as quickly as you want it. But anything he allows you to have will pierce you with many griefs. Trust in me and be patient while awaiting my timing. (1Tim 6:10)

I have spoken to you about your future, giving you hopes and dreams so that you can recall them when you're struggling and fight the battle well. Just because you are not seeing the fulfillment of those dreams right now doesn't mean they will not come to pass. Sometimes my answer is not yes or no, but not now. Trust me with your future. (1Tim 1:18)

When you pray for others, our father is so pleased with you. It is the same way when you offer up thanksgiving to God. It is like a sweet smelling savor, a fragrant perfume that rises before him and makes him glad. For what can you offer thanksgiving to Him right now? (1Tim 2:3)

Grief

I know you wonder what it will be like when I return. I will come down from heaven with a loud command, and you will hear the voice of the Archangel and the trumpet call of God. The dead who believed in me will rise first and we will all be reunited. It will be glorious! (1The 4:16)

I have seen those who have tried to hurt you. There is no need for you to concern yourself with them, for I will repay them for what they have done. Release them into my hands, and return to the business of fulfilling your calling. (2Tim 4:14)

I am near to you when you are broken-hearted. I feel your pain and weep with you. I know how low you feel, and will not leave you without comfort. The Spirit will wrap Himself around you and remind you how much you are loved by me. (Psa 34:18)

Healing

Jonah could not stand the thought of me showing mercy to Israel's enemies, he wanted all of them to perish even though they were warned. I know the hurt your going through because of people in your past, I don't condone their actions, but I don't approve of your Judgements of them either. (Mat 5:44)

Your patience with the suffering of others publicly sets you apart. People enduring illness often feel so vulnerable and isolated, fearful, exhausted and overwhelmed. They are rarely at their best, and it would be very easy to get annoyed with them. But I call you to go with them not only one mile, but two. Forgive their ill humor or bad mood that pushes everyone else away, and move closer - close enough to touch them with my selfless, endless love. (Gal 4:14)

All the blessings of your life are from the Father. Every healing you receive in your body now, the healing you are receiving in your soul, and the final healing you will receive when you are with us in heaven, are all from our Father's hand. Every sin that you commit that is covered by my blood, forgiven and purposely never again remembered, is because of our Father's love for you. Thank Him today for His never ending love and provision in your life. (Psa 103:3)

Heaven

Direct your thoughts heavenward, toward me, and my kingdom. Don't get caught up in the temporal, earth-bound cares about material things, or what other people think. Keep your mind set on what will be here for you forever - me and our father. (Col 3:2)

I have seen your tears, and I long to hold you in my arms so that I may be filled with joy. It is only a short time and we will be together forever. Keep your eyes on me, your savior, your Lord, the author and perfecter of your faith, for I am returning for you soon. Look for my coming! (2Tim 1:4)

I am using everything that you are going through to transform you into my likeness. In the perspective of eternity, what you are struggling with will pass in a twinkling of an eye. However, the results of working through your challenges head on (instead of trying to go around them) will last forever. Keep your eyes on the joy set before you - being with me. (2Cor 4:17)

Holiness

It is God's will that you should be sanctified, meaning set apart from the world for his purposes only. That includes avoiding sexual immorality. Even if the world says it is ok, I say it is wrong. Has anyone been tempting you to act in a more worldly manner? (1The 4:3)

In the same way that my sheep hear my voice and follow me, I know everyone who belongs to me. I know their thoughts, their intentions, as well as their actions. Everyone who confesses my name must turn away from wickedness and follow me in purity. (2Tim 2:19)

I said that I had to leave this earth in order for the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, to come to the earth. For the first time, my Spirit would not just come upon people temporarily, but He would live within the people of God permanently. Through faith in me you have received the blessing of the indwelling of my Holy Spirit, who is the evidence of your salvation and the source of your power to live for God. Focus today on living by my Spirit's leading as he reminds you of all I have said and done. (Gal 3:14)

Hope

Do you know who will continue to labor and strive to be godly? Those who have put their hope in me, the living God, the savior of all people, especially of those who believe. Be careful of putting your hope in anyone or anything other than me, because they will eventually disappoint you, and can cause you to turn away from me. Where have you been misplacing your hope? (1Tim 4:10)

Our father rescued you from your sins, and then called you to live a life separated for and dedicated to him - but not because you earned it. Before time began, he predestined your specific purpose in his plan, and supernaturally empowers you to fulfill it by remaining in submission to me. (2Tim 1:9)

Humility

There will be times when I will send someone to correct you, because you have wandered away from the truth. It has happened to all of my followers at one time or another, so receive the reproof with humility and submission. I have sent them to you so that you will stop and take a good long look at your life, your words, your thoughts, your actions, and even your belongings, to make sure you are still in the center of my will. (Gal 2:11)

The entire purpose of your life is to reveal me to others. When they hear you speak, when they see you sacrificially give to others, when they witness my power working through you in impossible situations, and when you surrender joyfully to my will even when it is not what you want, they will see me in you. I am glorified in you when you surrender to my spirit and act like me. (Gal 1:16)

There will be times when I speak things to you that I do not want you to share with others. I simply want you to listen and obey. It will be a temptation for you to speak of it to others, in order to get their approval. But if I have spoken to you clearly, and you are sure of your purpose, simply surrender and obey. (Gal 1:17)

Joy

Rejoice at all times, in every situation, because I am Lord over everything, and I will have the final say. Your joy comes from deep within you, from my Spirit who lives in you, and doesn't depend on outside circumstances. So rejoice that I am with you always, even throughout eternity. What can you rejoice over now? (1The 5:16)

I am coming back soon. You will see me in all of my power and strength. Because you have believed in my life, death and resurrection, and you have taken me not only as Savior, but have surrendered your life to me as your Lord, you will come back to live with me in heaven. Think about this, and rejoice over the life we will share together! (1The 1:10)

Judgement

Our Father knows what His children are made of, both literally and figuratively. He formed you from the dust of the ground, as is proven by comparing the elements found in the earth's crust and your physical body. But more crucially, He understands your failings and flaws because I became a man and experienced every temptation and emotion you experience. I am the high priest that truly empathizes with your struggles, so come and share with me your heart's cries, knowing I truly understand. (Psa 103:14)

I never asked you to judge another believer, but you must learn to discern who is acting as though I am their Lord and who is simply doing whatever they want. Believers whose lives do not show that they know me will not bring you closer to me. So be very careful who you spend a lot of time with and who you become close to. Pay close attention to the fruit of their life. (2The 3:6)

The Father never meant for you to live by a list of laws that you don't have the power to obey. His choice was to personally instruct and empower you to live for him. But man would rather try to earn salvation by following laws in their own strength. So God left those laws in place to show men how unrighteous they would remain without him, until I came to remind the world that righteousness has always only come through faith. Trust in my Spirit to empower you to fulfill the righteousness of the law and you will never be condemned for failure to obey the letter of every law. (Gal 3:19)

Love

I want you to be so filled with me that everyone around you marvels - not at you - but at me. They will boast about what I have done in your life and the marvelous transformation that I brought about in you. Everywhere you go, let your love so shine that everyone around you gives thanks for your father in heaven. (Phi 1:26)

Do you remember what I did for you out of love? I need you to be as self sacrificial with others as I have been with you. (1Joh 3:16)

When you deal with unloving people, remember that only those who know and love me are able to love others. That is because I am the source of all true self-sacrificial love. (1Joh 4:8)

Mercy

I have always known the worst about you, and yet I still saved you. It has never been about what you have done, but who you give your allegiance to. It is because of my mercy and my love for you that I washed you clean in spiritual rebirth, and made you a new creation through my Holy Spirit. Relax and enjoy a moment in my presence. (Tit 3:5)

Your relationships with others need to mirror the way I have relationships with people. I never thought of others as less than me, but treated them with respect. I let them know they were valuable to me, and served them out of genuine care for their welfare. I didn't wait for them to become worthy of my friendship; instead my love and friendship helped them heal and walk worthy of me. I need you to have my mindset when dealing with all people. (Phi 2:5)

Many people really believe that what they have been taught by others is the truth. They will act upon it with all earnestness. But that does not mean that it is the truth. Be careful to compare what others say to the truth of my word. And be merciful to those who believe not according to my word but what they have been taught. You do not have the complete truth either, so do not judge them. (Gal 1:14)

MY PRIVATE MESSAGES ONLY

Obedience

Stand firm in me. Everything else around you can be a whirlwind of change. However, I remain the same, I am your rock, steady and secure. I am the only thing you can be sure of. So rest in my promises, and remain firm in your commitment and surrender to me. (Phi 4:1)

Pray constantly for one another, not only when you happen to think about them, but at scheduled times of dedicated prayer. Thank our father for your brothers and sisters, especially those who work alongside of you. My kingdom cannot accomplish what I purpose if you do not look out for one another. (1The 1:2)

To be my witness, your reputation must be good with outsiders. Who will accept what you have to say if you leave a bad taste in the mouths of those who know you or have heard of you? That is why you must strive to keep the peace with all who know you, and love everyone. (1Tim 3:7)

Patience

When you learn how to find your fulfillment and joy in me despite your external circumstances, you will enjoy endless peace. You never need to doubt that I will provide for whatever you need, especially the ability to continue in the midst of adversity. A lack of things will never affect you while your trust is placed firmly in my loving kindness, power, and faithfulness. What in your life is making you doubt my faithfulness? (Phi 4:12)

I want to strengthen you so that you will have endurance and patience. My power comes from God's glorious might, which can get you through any situation and help you deal with any person. (Col 1:11)

Everyone wants to be loved and accepted, but it cannot be the focus of your life. The only approval you should strive for is mine. Everyone else's approval is fickle and temporary at best, loving and giving to you only when it best suits them. My approval is eternal, so love and serve me only, and let me bring to you the people who will love and accept you as I do. (Gal 1:10)

Peace

When you have me living in you, you have access to my supernatural power, my loving kindness, and my peace. But you can't access them when you are handling things in your own strength. Surrender and let me handle things for you. (2Joh 1:3)

Today, I will fill you with my supernatural power so you may obey me. I will show you mercy, and expect you to show mercy toward others in the same way. And I will fill you with peace that passes all understanding. Everyday, this is my promise to you. (2Tim 1:2)

Remember when your emotions were out of control? Remember when not knowing the future would shake you? And then I came into your life and brought peace. Be thankful everyday for what I have done for you. (Col 3:15)

Power

I am completely capable of providing for everything you need in this life. You don't have to be concerned about how you will get things for yourself, or hoard things out of fear of the future. Instead, I want you to focus on meeting the needs of others around you, spending yourself on them on my behalf, as I would do if I were physically there. I will direct, empower and provide for you regarding how and what you should do for others. Who is around you that needs help today? (Phi 2:4)

The more time you spend with us, the more you will get to know our characteristics and personality. We reveal ourselves to you personally through the Word, through your experiences with us, and seeing us work in the lives of others. We want to make ourselves known to you, so you can confidently rest in the knowledge of our trustworthiness and power when things don't seem to make sense or go your way. Find time for us today. (Psa 103:7)

Praise and Worship

My peace has nothing to do with your thought life. You cannot manufacture my peace through reasoning. It is a fruit of my spirit and grows naturally as you surrender to my will. The most powerful part of my peace is how it guards your mind from attacks from the enemy, like a battalion of guardian angels that surround and protect you. My peace is released in you when you praise me and pray in faith to me. (Phi 4:7)

Pray all the time. I don't necessarily mean stopping, kneeling and closing your eyes. I mean talk to me all throughout the day. I'm always with you, just waiting for you to communicate with me, and wanting to communicate with you as well. (1The 5:17)

Prayer

I want to be able to send you to your coworkers in my kingdom to strengthen and encourage them in their faith. Speak my words over them, pray for them not only when you are far away from them, but in their presence as well. Remind them of my faithfulness. Who can you pray for right now? (1The 3:2)

Pride

You do not need praise from anyone else, only from me. Even though you carry my authority wherever you go, you do not need other people to recognize that authority. Rarely did I exert my authority over others, but always served. With whom are you tempted to display your authority? (1The 2:6)

Beware of people who believe they know everything about me and the father. People who repeatedly talk about themselves and what they know and have done are looking to glorify themselves. Take no notice of what they say - simply pray that they return to me in meekness and humility. (Col 2:18)

Purpose

Because you are one with me, I will encourage you with my purpose for you. I will comfort you with my love for you. I will fill you with my strength through my Holy Spirit. I will offer you tenderness and compassion. But I do it so you will freely give to others what I have given to you for free. With whom can you share my encouragement, comfort, tenderness and compassion? (Phi 2:1)

The past has played its part in forming who you are in the natural, but it does not have to define who you are now or will be in the future. It is important to go back for a season to what happened to you so you may face it and be healed from it, but never stay chained to it. Once I reveal and begin healing you from it, leave it behind and stretch yourself to move forward, toward my future and my calling for you. (Phi 3:13)

Rejection

When you remember all I have done for you, where I have brought you out from, and how much I love you, it should result in overflowing gratitude. You should also feel compassion for those who are now where you were before you met me. Be patient, kind, and merciful to them as I have been to you. (Col 3:12)

You are so beautiful to me. Everything about you is exquisite to me, because I fashioned you just for myself. Every part of you is perfect to me. (Son 4:1)

Don't be surprised that people who don't believe in me don't understand you, and can't understand me. Whoever does not belong to our Father cannot understand what he says, nor what you say about him. (1Joh 4:6)

Repentance

Nothing you can do with your body can get you into heaven. Salvation from the penalty, power and presence of sin in your life comes only from repenting of your sins, acknowledging that I am the Son of God who paid for your sins with my sacrificial death, as well as surrendering your life and submitting your decisions to me as your Lord. Once you belong to me, "works" will automatically flow out of you by the power of my Spirit. (Gal 2:16)

The gospel is not a man-made story. I am real, I am true, and am perfectly able to reveal myself to you and others in power. Whether or not they will believe, accept, and live for me is another thing, but do not doubt that I can prove my word to be true to those who are seeking me. Simply continue to live for and direct people to me. I will do the rest. (Gal 1:11)

Sometimes you knowingly do what you know you shouldn't do. You wait for the other shoe to drop, but I am not eagerly looking forward to disciplining you. My desire is to be merciful toward you, and your true, sorrowful repentance allows my mercy to flow. For what do you need to confess and repent right now? (2Tim 1:18)

Righteousness

Continue to study my word, and to memorize it. I want you to understand not only the individual sayings, but understand my mind and the way that I think. I want you to have my heart toward others so that you will love them as I love them. Knowing my words without understanding them and acting on them in love is useless. (2Tim 2:15)

If you want to stand out as a light in the darkness, make sure that your life reflects that I am your highest priority. When other things and people are more important to you, it will show. Don't let anything become an idol in your life that replaces me as your top priority. What is threatening to become an idol to you? (1The 1:9)

Salvation

For every relationship problem, the answer is love. It covers a multitude of sins, and binds us all together as one. I'm not talking about selfish worldly love. I mean selfless giving of yourself to benefit others, like my death on the cross to save you. (Col 3:14)

When you live for me, my Holy Spirit fills you to overflowing, and you are saturated in my presence. When your life ends, you will be in my presence throughout all eternity. Since you belong to me, whether you live or die, we will be together forever - I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Phi 1:21)

Security

I call you to come to me, listen to me, trust me and in faith, obey me. That is the covenant between you and I. You entrust yourself and everything that is important to you unto my care, and I, in turn, provide for and protect you. I have everything you need for life and godliness, but it is up to you to stay filled with my Spirit and close to me so you can access all of the gifts I so long to give you. What in your life is pulling you away from me? (Psa 103:18)

Our father is a God of kept promises. He is faithful to fulfill his word to those who believe him. His inheritance for his children is every spiritual blessing he has to give, as well as his provision and his protection. You can't earn an inheritance - it rightfully belongs to the offspring. In the same way, you can't earn all he wants to give to you by obeying the law, it is yours simply because you belong to him. Rest in his promises today. (Gal 3:18)

Servanthood

Pour yourself out - not only for me, but for others. Spend yourself spiritually in prayer, carrying the burden for those who don't know how to pray, or have lost hope. Spend yourself physically in practical service to others, meeting their needs. Freely you have received from me as I poured my life out for you, so freely give of yourself in the same way. (Phi 2:17)

Nothing matters but listening for and obeying me. If you want to reach your intended future, if you want to experience being in the center of my will, you need to press on with all of your might toward my call on your life. Don't let up! Don't give in! Keep going until you win your prize. (Phi 3:14)

When you came to me in faith, you were no longer held accountable to the tyrannical rules of the law. By my indwelling Spirit you are led, moment by moment, according to my instruction about what to do in every situation. So do not go back to trying to figure out what is right and wrong on your own. Instead, show that you love me with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and show that you love those around you as you want me to love you. (Gal 4:12)

Sin

You always have a choice - you can listen to the evil reports of the world and the enemy, or believe the good report of the Father. Open gratitude for all that He has done for you makes you stand out as a blameless and pure Child of God among a godless, warped and crooked generation. Today, SHINE for me, live your life so obviously for me that everyone will see your good works and praise your Father in heaven. (Phi 2:15)

Be careful of your natural desires and affections, because they can become your God. Anything that consumes your thoughts can become an idol. Commit yourself to get rid of your selfish thoughts and actions. (Col 3:5)

You need to keep your wits about you at all times. When situations go wrong, you must keep your head and not react but determine to continue to act as I would. No matter what happens, spread my word to all whom I bring to you, and faithfully fulfill your calling. Remain steadfast in me. (2Tim 4:5)

Strength

Are you feeling like you are going around in circles, working on the same lessons over and over again? That happens when you slowly slip from moment by moment communion with and trust in me to trying to figure out and power through everything going on in your life in your own puny strength. Return to me in faith, and everything will eventually fall into place according to my will and original plan. What area of your life has become futile? (Gal 3:4)

Submission

Everyone lives by their own code, or by a code that someone else has set for them. Some people believe that I have a set of rules and regulations that, if they follow them, will allow them to get into heaven. But I have only one two-part rule - LISTEN and OBEY. My commands for you personally can change from situation to situation, so live by every word that proceeds from my mouth. (Gal 2:19)

When you entered into a relationship with me by faith, you received every spiritual blessing I have to offer. I promised never to leave nor forsake you, and to take care of everything which you entrust to me. No one else can ever take away what I have given to you or promised you, nor can they give you more that I can give. For all eternity, I am yours and you are mine, and everything I have I share with you. Decide today to faithfully use the spiritual gifts I have given to you in service to me. (Gal 3:15)

Many people want to change the gospel to fit their lifestyle. They say that my word was only good for a season or in a certain age, but my word is true and eternal. The bottom line is that believers lives' should prove in practical ways that the Father (and His Word) is the priority of their life, and that they are willing to surrender and submit to his will. In what area of your life are you tempted to live according to this world's customs? (Gal 1:7)

Suffering

Especially in the hardest of times, you can experience joy from the Holy Spirit. I am so proud when you stand up for me instead of giving in to what the world expects of you, and instead cling in faith to my words. (1The 1:6)

Do not be surprised when you face persecution. I told you beforehand that if they persecuted me that they will persecute you also. But be encouraged, have no fear, for I am with you always. Tell me what I can do to help you live for me today. (1The 3:4)

Don't be unsettled by the trials you are facing. I have told you that those who believe in and belong to me are destined for struggles. But remember that I have overcome the world, so you can overcome it as well through Me. What struggle is the most pressing right now? (1The 3:3)

Temptation

Don't fall into the trap of setting your eyes on other people and what I am doing in their life. I have a different plan for each of you, so you cannot compare yourself to anyone else. I am at work in everyone to complete what I started in each individual, so don't waste your time trying to figure out why I'm doing what I'm doing over there. Just keep your eyes on me, and you faith in me. (Gal 2:8)

What you are lusting after isn't worth ruining our relationship. That desire will pass away, but our relationship is forever. (1Joh 2:17)

Whenever you perform tasks for other people, especially at your job, do it as though I was your supervisor. Do it joyfully, with all of your energy, and give your employer everything they have paid for and more. (Col 3:22)

Thanksgiving

Bless me by praising me with all of your heart, soul and strength. Praise my name because it is the name above all other names, and at my name, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that I am Lord. Remember all that I have done for you so far, and look ahead to my promises for your future, and praise me! (Psa 103:1)

Unity

Discord in the body of Christ can undermine what I want to accomplish. If you know that there are members who have problems with each other, and those issues will affect the unity of the body, then leadership needs to address those issues. You are all called to the ministry of reconciliation, which includes bringing people together on account of the Gospel. They don't need to agree on everything, only agree to set aside their differences in order to serve me better. (Phi 4:3)

You think that small disagreements between you and your brothers and sisters don't really mean much, but they create discord and disunity in my body. Unity doesn't always mean sharing the same ideas, but allowing others to have differing opinions. Sometimes you simply need to agree to disagree in order to keep the peace in the body. (Phi 4:2)

Victory

Spend as much time as possible getting to know me better, keeping yourself close to me. It is the only way to keep yourself from idols (have other things become more important than me). (1Joh 5:21)

Remember to call upon Me when you are facing temptation and troubling fleshly cravings. Call on me, acknowledge your weakness, and I WILL rescue you with my strength. Honor Me and bring Me glory by listening to my still small voice and obeying it. (Psa 50:15)

Wisdom

If you are not sure about something, don't worry about that. We will make that clear to you in due time. If it is a subject of debate between you and someone else, do not feel you have to prove you are right or have all the answers. I will reveal what needs to be known at the right time to the right people. Trust me in this. (Phi 3:15)

You will hear people tell you many things that they think are in the Bible, but many of them are nothing more than godless myths and old wives tales. It's up to you to train yourself to be godly by searching the scriptures for yourself. What have you learned from my Word today? (1Tim 4:7)

I want you to be fully mature, so you must learn about me, not only by reading what I have said, but by listening to what I am now saying to you personally. Dig in a little deeper when reading my word, and don't be in such a rush to leave me. Remember that you become like the people that you spend the most time with. (Col 1:28)

Witnessing

When you truly love others, you will not only want to share the gospel with them, but your personal life as well. So often, in ministry, people become targets to be reached and affected. But I want the members of my body to know and love each other individually as brothers and sisters. Who have you been hesitant to get close to? (1The 2:8)

I can use all things, good and bad, to bring me glory. I can use the past of a person who did not believe, or who was cruel against believers, to accomplish my purpose. The transformation of a soul from angry and belligerent to loving and submissive is one of my greatest tools for bringing others to me. Do not give up hope for that one person for whom you keep praying. (Gal 1:23)

Be very careful to pay close attention to my words. They are trustworthy to convey my thoughts and my will without anyone adding to them. Learn them well so that you can encourage others by explaining my words to them, and especially to those who do not understand or believe. (Tit 1:9)

Worry

Listen to my spirit. He will teach you everything you need to know. Remain in him always, surrendering to his leading. (1Joh 2:27)

Worrying doesn't accomplish anything. If you are going to set your mind on something, or use your mouth to say something, let it be in doing something that can change the situation. Remind yourself of everything that I have given to you for which you can be thankful, and in that attitude of gratefulness, come to me and ask me for whatever you need. This is the only way to gain peace in the midst of anxiety. (Phi 4:6)

Don't worry about those who cause you problems. We've got this, and we will deal with them in our own way and time. The father and I will repay with affliction those who afflict you. You just concern yourself with living righteously for me, and leave the rest to us. (2The 1:6)
